The Huludao Power Generation Project is located in Lianshan District, Huludao City, Liaoning Province. It is a contracted municipal solid waste treatment facility with a capacity of 1,500 tons per day. Phase 1 of the project, with a daily processing capacity of 1,000 tons, was put into operation in the first half of 2023.
